Calendar Feed

Calendar events at Events Feed screen as one topmost item. Controls are integrated into Settings and you don't need to keep any application minimized or start something. All work is done by your phone.
Known limitations:
- Refresh button doesn't work (platform lim.)
- Refreshing every 20 minutes (if enabled).
- Refreshing only when internet connection is present (wifi or gprs), but this app don't use it. It is platform lim.
- Reboot needed after installation (PR1.0 only).
